The Facilities at Casa Garuda and Surroundings

The Annex: Here you can enjoy a stupendous view of a sunset over Tuscany while dining and relaxing.

The Tent: Is anchored on an 80 square meter wooden platform (expandable 130) and overlooks the rolling hills of Tuscany and Umbria.

Swimming Pools: Three are located within walking or biking distance of Casa Garuda.

Services: We host groups of 10 or more and invite you to host your own seminars. See our Activities page for more details. Casa Garuda can also accommodate larger groups with additional lodgings available on the estate (within walking distance). We can help you with details for local travel. Italian, English, French and German are spoken.

Children: A great place for children with playgrounds at the swimming pools.

On-site cook available on request for traditional Italian and international cuisine.

Hosting at Casa Garuda
For over 7 years we have hosted programs for the contemplative arts: Tai Chi, Duende Dance, Photography and Yoga. We also host family vacations and business groups. We are ideally suited for small groups of up to 10 people, and we can expand for larger groups with our neighbor, Casale Santa Maria Nuova, a wonderful Country House located within easy walking distance. The Le Coste Estate also has a large hall, 200 s.m., located 1.3 km from Casa Garuda. More independent groups can organize their own cooking or Casa Garuda can provide provide a cook or catering services.
